Interview
The whole interview process is outdated, time consuming. They don't have any knowledge of current innovation and technology .
They don't conduct any kind of technical interview. Their whole interview comprises of multiple chat with recruiter and onsite evaluation which followed by useless third party assessment which includes psychiatric evaluation.
Also want to add that they don't have common decency to ask for snacks even though interview lasts late afternoon.
