I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Huntington Learning Centers
Interview
A recruiter contacted me on Indeed, presumably based on my resume. I was a recent graduate with little professional experience, but some work experience in schools/education. After some emails I had two phone interviews with two different people, each interview lasted around an hour. Then, I was invited for an in person interview that required travel for 3+ hours. Travel was not reimbursed. In person interview was with two people and lasted about 2.5 hours plus a paid lunch. Received positive cues from all that interviewed me throughout the process. Was never told if anyone else was applying for the same position. Received an offer shortly after. The process was long but fairly easy and relaxed. A lot of time was spent talking about Huntington's history and the franchise. Most questions were just asking about my resume/experience and my philosophies on education and working with kids, nothing really that tricky. In my in person interview it looked like there was a multi-page question template they were following but I don't think they asked all the questions. Nothing tricky, would have been rated interview as "easy" if the process wasn't so long. Was told the average work week would be 45 hours or more and the days would be long but they needed flexibility.
Short, sweet and to the point. Was asked to come in to meet with the owner. They asked me to fill out a paper application as soon as I got there. They talked about what the job entailed. They were very receptive to questions.

Interview
It was a zoom interview and then I was suppose to have a second interview over the phone and was told I was to receive paperwork to fill out and schedule the second interview i never received the paperwork or an email to schedule second interview they just put me in for the second interview for whatever time they felt like never told me and 2-3 hrs before they were suppose to call me they finally emailed me asking if I was still interested and set for a few hrs from then to do the second interview over the phone at that point I figured sure why not a few hours later comes never received a call this was scheduled at 6 7pm then 9 10pm comes around and I get an email saying they tried contacting me but call didn’t go through and they asked to reschedule ok figured maybe my phone was being weird I responded apologized and said I was still interested and would be happy to reschedule no response from them never heard back after that. Glad it didn’t work out if they are going to be like that in the interview process is that a company you really want to work for. Listen to all the other bad reviews too don’t bother with this company.

Interview
The interviewer never followed through. The interviewer had me scheduled for a 1:00pm video interview. I was on the call and waited 30 minutes hoping the recruiter would hop on eventually. I called and e-mailed to follow up and makes sure all was okay on their side. I did not hear back until three days later. The e-mail stated they had a headquarters training that week and everything got rescheduled for them. With that said, the recruiter did mention I would hear back with our next interview time. I never heard back until the weekend with an email stating they had filled the position. This e-mail was not personalized as compared to the recruiters previous e-mails. Many agree with me that was unprofessional of the recruiter and definitely says a lot about the way the company might do business.
