I was interviewed for Java Developer Profile. Interview process was good and quick. There were 3 rounds of interview 1 technical, 1 techno managerial and 1 HR round.
1st Technical round: Interviewer touched almost every part of Java Basics and low level designs. Questions were very technical and I was told to share my screen and write a code and then optimize it. The interview lasted for 1 hour.
2nd HR round: Basics like why Globant? and other basics about me my work and expectations with Globant. The discussion was of 20 minutes.
3rd Techno Managerial Round: Questions were mixed of technical and my project related, some scenarios were given and he also told me to make 2 programs and then told me to write Lambda expressions according usecase. It lasted for 1 hour 10 minutes.
