Initial Phone Screen focused on the role and learning more about the job description, and one final round with team lead and manager focused on my skills/experiences and what I can bring to the role.

It’s was standard process, recruiter interview, formal interview, hiring manager interview and than global HRBP interview, salary discussion , 3 days for salary negotitations, 2-3 days offer provided by team, 10 days to background check.
Virtual interview, no camera, panel of 2 people, experienced based. I encourage you to just be yourself. its a very simple interview. they may get back within the same week.
I had great and smooth interview process with ibm. TA Partner assured very good communication during all the process. Professional way of managing the process, clear and transparent approach. Hiring manger explained the role in the and asked smart and relevant questions.
