Initially talked to them at an on-campus career expo, had a interview the next day with them. Then a few weeks later got a final interview at their corporate office. The corporate interview consists of a presentation and then an interview with 3 other individuals

Question 1
Walk me through your resume starting your senior year in high school.
3 step process with multiple questions asking about how you would problem solve for client solutions and how to communicate to non technical team members. Explaining using documentation can prove advantageous as well!
This interview contained standard questions about productivity, interests, organizational skills, values, past experiences. it was pretty standard, only one round but took a while to hear back with their decision.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ICF in Oct 2023

Recruiter call - HM panel - Teammates. It depends on the project also. If you are not heard back from them after the 2nd interview within 1 week, high chance that you don't get the job.
