I applied online. I interviewed at IKEA (Basel) in Sep 2016
Interview
They were asking basic questions, which you can find online, but it was really aggressive and pushy interview. During the interview all the time I had impression that he just want me to make a mistake or it was to see how I can handle those kind of situations. She was sitting on side and observing me. At the she came and give me feedback regarding the personality test I had to do onilne prior to the interview. To sum up, it wasn't that bad, just I don't see the reason why they have to be so invasive.

Question 1
What do you expect from us? What you will bring to this company?
I had online interviews. Standard questions about desire to work at the company and overall culture fit. Nothing out of the ordinary and it's fairly easy to prepare using online resources.
