Go over the order figure out what happen to make the order incorrect. Offer to fix it if their is time. Otherwise maybe discount it although tgat is not ur 1 one choice because you want the customer to leave with their order done right an on time however, it might just be alterive until the correct one is completed. You can also offer to deliver the correct project in if it makes it more convenient for the customer.
