I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Applied online, walked in with a resume, got interviewed on the spot. Came in the next day to talk to the store manager and got hired. Basic fast food interview. Dressed business casual. As long as you can create well thought out answers, you'll get hired.
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.
