Incedo Human Resources interview questions

Once I submitted the application, I was contacted immediately by the recruiter to talk about the position and was scheduled to meet with the hiring manager in the next few days. Up until my meeting with the hiring manager, the recruiter was in constant contact with me. The actual interview with the hiring manager was awkward and felt pointless. I was only asked one question and the hiring manager spent more time talking than I did, so I felt like I didn't get to talk about my skills. After the meeting with the hiring manager, I was ghosted. Considering the recruiter was very communicative at the beginning of the process, it was rude and disrespectful to not even send a rejection notice.
