Generally, a zoom meeting is scheduled before the admission decision. Three or four-person will attend the meeting from the school to discuss several topics. They primarily test the speaking and listening capability of the candidate. Probably, their concern is whether the candidate can conduct classes in English or not.

The interview process was pretty chill, I reached out to the professor on email for the role; luckily he was on the hunt for an RA at that time. He revised my resume and then scheduled an in-person interview in his office. It was just some basic questions on what he needed an RA to do in his project and that whether I can perform the said work and I explained him how I have worked on a similar project before and I was hired!
