      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Infobip (Santiago) in Jan 2019

      Interview

I was first contacted by the recruiter and spoke a little bit with her in an introductory interview. Later I passed to the next stage and got an interview with a specialist which was a kind guy and we got along very well during the call. After the second interview, I was assigned a long tedious task that took me several days to complete. It was certainly a pain in the butt to develop/design the answers to their requiements but it made me pass to the later stage with four people in upper management so that they would take a final decision. In the end, only one guy arrived to the interview and he was quite indifferent to what I said. He was there like there's nothing more interesting to do, he barely looked me in the eyes (it was a remote video call) and seemed uncomfortable of being there. One week later I got an e-mail saying that they finally decided to fill the position with an internal employee. The process was such a waste of time. I got the sensation that the position had been filled internally from the beginning and these people posted the job ad to make the recruitment process appear more transparent. Quite disappointing...

      Question 1

Even though I didn't sign any NDA, I don't think appropriate to share the questions. I would only say that they dive deep in messaging technology (from SMS to two-factors authentication) as well as Mobile Network Operators.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Infobip (London, England) in May 2019

      Interview

I applied online, got contacted by the HR for screening. It was a standard process, and I followed up as the recruiter was traveling and she got back to me with an update after two weeks to have a call with the hiring manager. The strange part was the step-up of the interview, it was at their office ( which is in a building that is being renovated ) however one of the sales team came to me and provided his laptop to have the interview via Skype. So both interviewers ( hiring manager and recruiter) were on a remote location, I was a bit annoyed due to the lack of organization as I could have done this from my home and saved me the trip to their office, which made it even worse is the quality of the video call was quite sub-standard ( disconnecting and breaking voice) and the team kept apologizing for it. Anyway, I decided that I won't be pursuing it even they had positive feedback but they did me the favor of sending me an automated response to inform me that my application is over. 1. HR screening call 2.On-site interview via webex
