Interview
Got selected through Campus recruitment during my MBA in Operations and Supply Chain. I was one of the first students to be called for interview and it went for around 50 mins. Focus was given on real life scenarios to understand the knowledge depth in logistics and supply chain. Emphasis was given on E - Commerce as well to check grasp on the topic.
Post interview, I was told to wait for HR round in which I was informed of my selection. It was very easy for me.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
