I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global in Jul 2021
Interview
Applied to Insight Global through LinkedIn. Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter. Had a first-round virtual interview with the sales manager. The second round interview was in person with the same sales manager and a senior account manager. Overall, the recruiter was very kind and helpful throughout the interview process. The two employees I spoke with were also very genuine. BUT at the end of the second round, they said I would hear back from them in a couple of days and it has been two weeks and I've still not heard anything. I have reached out to the recruiter and he has not responded. It's super disrespectful and rude to not follow up with a candidate after getting them excited about the interview process. Do better.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
