I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2015
Interview
Met with some current recruiters at a University career fair and got contact information from them and gave them a resume. A recruiter reached out to me shortly after and we had a brief phone conversation about my post-graduation plans and she asked me to have an on-campus interview. We met on-campus and had a short one on one interview where she mainly asked me about myself and my experiences I have had and mostly wanted to answer questions I had. I then was invited to meet with the director in the Minneapolis office, unfortunately on the day I was scheduled to interview she wasn't in the office so I met with several other senior account managers who asked me similar questions as my first interviewer. They then asked me to come back again to interview with the director I was supposed to meet that day, but I declined. All people I interviewed with were great, but after seeing the office and getting a better feel for the company I decided it wasn't a great fit for me.

Question 1
Mainly questions that asked were "tell me about you", it's a recruiter position so they were looking for a lot of questions to assess personality.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
