Starts out with a phone interview to make sure you qualify for the job, then they go plan a official interview with a hiring manager and ask behavioral questions and about your past work experience.

The interview was very short. While I was waiting I realized that there were many additional interviews going on. I realized that the job post played up the position and I was pretty annoyed to have wasted my time.
