Insperity Business Performance Advisor interview questions

Friendly, efficient, good communication...a screening interview with the recruiter and then 2 interviews with hiring managers, 1 via zoom and the other interview was in person, once an offer was made, a background check took place.

Initial phone screen went really well. Very informative about company, products, pay, and the employee benefits that are offered. On-site interview was also a smooth process. Was told I would be interviewing with 2 district managers but one decided not to sit in the interview after I showed up. Interview was very conversational with a few situational questions sprinkled in throughout the discussion. Had to follow up with recruiter 3 times to eventually get the update that it was a NO, never received any feedback.
