Instructure IT Helpdesk interview questions

Applied online. 1 - First Skype interview with a recruiter from San Francisco. Laid back just talking about my experience and where i'd like to go etc and went on about the culture and work place. No problems with this one. 2 - 2nd Skype interview, with the manager from San Francisco. More of the same, asked me more about my technical background and explained the way their tech works. He came across a bit unorganised, sometimes delayed in knowing what to ask me, The disappointment? I didn't hear anything back from them considering how nice they both were i'm a bit shocked. I chased up with the recruiter and i was told 'the initial responses were very good and are still running other interviews with other candidates' and that i'll be told when they get an update. Almost a month now, and i've heard nothing.
