Very standard interview process. They asked some basic technical questions and were kind. I went through three rounds and visited the campus near Boston, which was very nice. They have an onsite factory.

On site, half day. Technical and "soft skill" questioning from potential team members and upper management focusing on smarts but also social prowess. Focus on logical problem solving past project experiences.
