Applied online and received an online assessment after a week. The assessment took some preparation but nothing to be worried about. Then had a phone interview with HR, followed by a conversation with a VP and then a final round virtual meeting with other managers. They mostly asked open-ended behavioral questions looking to give you an opportunity to speak to your abilities and experiences. HR was really quick and transparent along the process.

Applied online, got an email day after to take 2 assessment tests on personality and cognition. Got an email a week later to schedule a phone interview for the week after that. Very disorganized when scheduling the call. During call, sounded like interviewer read off a sheet with questions and responds ok to your answers.
