What a pleasant interview experience, I spoke to HR initially who was very knowledgeable about the business and also the role which was great. I then had 3 further telephone interviews with people at various levels of the business, some more technical then others. They then invited me to visit them in Toronto at their expense and really bent over backwards to accommodate my limited availability. HR sent me a really well put together schedule with lots of information about who I would be meeting with and also things to do around the city. Everyone I met was really friendly and welcoming and a few weeks later they made an offer which I gladly accepted.
