For the Technical Writer position there were two interviews and skill testing component. A few days after I applied I got an email asking for times I would be free for a phone screening interview with an HR recruiter. On the day of the interview the recruiter didn't call me at the time of scheduled, and 30 minutes later we agreed to reschedule. However, I never got a email about rescheduling and had to email back the week after. The recruiter apologized and was professional about it which was good, but it would have been a better experience if the rescheduling happened on the same day my interview was cancelled and I wasn't the one who had to email back. After the phone interview, a few more days later we scheduled an in-person interview with the manager and they mentioned there was going to be a test component too. The in-person interview was fairly casual with the manager and they asked questions about past experience and more personality based questions. As well, I assume there would have been a third interview on a different day but I had an interview with the senior technical writer shortly after where the questions were more technical in terms of technical writing and english.
