Was quite a challenging interview, I applied at the London office, was shortlisted for a first round interview, interview was good. They make you feel comfortable, describe the entire process and workflow, where you fit in.

What is VaR? How would you find out, what are its different methods
Stared with a self introduction, then asked past experiences in details, why this role, why this company, shared more details about this role, asked some financial knowledge, finally asked about interest.

Phone call to confirm the details and arrange the interview after initial application
Then a video call with a member of the research team, focused on fundamentals of pricing theory for options.

Interviewing are not stressfull. Some problems related to the resume and past work experience.
