Heard about the position from a friend who works at a staffing agency and knew I had interest in Intermountain. She alerted me and asked if she could pass along my resume to them. They asked for an in person interview the following week. Had the in person interview, then offer a few days later, then time delay to get all required immunizations.

The interview process was smooth (overall positive experience and average level of difficulty with interview questions).
Received follow up within about one week after interviewing and was offered the position at a higher rate than the posted starting pay.
