Yes the customer is always right. One should do whatever they can to please the customer because they are why we're here.

Absolutely Not! 99.9% of the time the customer is wrong. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and they are always wrong and agreeing does nothing for your business as they will come back with the same wrong answers saying last time you let it go and they will take advantage of your business. Best thing to do is get rid of them as there is always another customer to take their place and they may be better
