J. Crew Sales Associate interview questions

The Interview process was pretty simple. It was a group interview so we had to take turns answering the questions. The interview was lead by 2 managers and the questions that they asked was really easy like what do you like about J.Crew? What are your hobbies? What makes you a good candidate for J. Crew

I applied last Monday after walking into the store and asking for the application since I read online that they were looking for holiday sales associates. Fortunately for me, I happened to ask the hiring manager for my application and ended up filling it out in the store and she set me up for an interview this past Friday. The interview was easy, like everyone else said, mostly behavioral and personality questions, but it helped that the woman interviewing me was super easy to talk to. Once that interview was done, she told me I would now have to be interviewed by the store director, since J. Crew is supposed to send people through two interviews. I've heard people never being invited back for the second interview and that is usually when they are not going to be hired. I had my second interview with the store director this afternoon, it was a bit more formal and he certainly asked more detailed questions, but he was nice and offered me a job on the spot.
