Initially I received emails from one of the Talent Managers to set up a screening call. The email correspondence was friendly and inviting. The screening call was a nice introduction to JE Dunn and confirmed things I'd heard about the company being a good place to work. After this screening I was contacted by another HR coordinator to set up an interview with the hiring manager. Again, the email correspondence was concise, professional, and friendly. The interview was via Teams, as many are these days. The hiring manager had several questions based on my resume and was able to communicate more details about the department and specific job to answer the questions I had. I enjoyed emailing and speaking with each of the JE Dunn employees along this process.
