brought me in to let me know what i was going to be doing, no questions just met the guy and he hired me because the turn over rate is so high they didnt have much of a choice im sure.

Question 1
Nothing literally just handed me the job on a sliver platter.
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
