I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at John Deere in Feb 2018
Interview
Had a phone interview that was mainly questions about my resume, experience, and interests. Got invited to their headquarters for another interview and tour of the place a few weeks later. The interview at the headquarters was actually two interviews back to back, about 40 minutes each. Mostly STAR questions. They would even ask me to explain further if I forgot a letter in my answer. No technical questions, just be prepared for a lot of STAR.
