I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Bellevue, WA) in Sep 2013
Interview
My resume was presented to the finance manager through a recruitment agency for a Senior Accountant position with JLL's corporate solutions team.
After the finance manager had a chance to review my resume I was brought to interview with two finance managers at the recruitment agency's offices. The interview lasted an hour and no questions were technical in nature. I was asked about my prior experiences with previous employers and why I was looking to leave my current role.
I did not feel the interview went particularly well but was later told by my recruiter that both managers were highly impressed and they scheduled a second interview with two finance directors at the corporate solution team's office onsite at T-mobile.
I really enjoyed this interview and was impressed with both individuals I spoke with. Again zero technical questions were presented aside from covering what was on my resume, which was a bit of a disappointment.
I left feeling confident that I had impressed both directors and was later offered the position at a salary level above what my recruiter had submitted me at. The offer was not received in a timely position and mismanagement by HR soured me on JLL and I ultimately declined the offer to pursue a role with a smaller organization.

Question 1
None really. They will ask you about driving change and improving processes, this is what they're looking to hear.

Interview
Received an email to set up a phone screening with HR. Their schedule was pretty opened, so I selected an 8am call. After waiting 15 mins, I sent an email to the recruiter to see if we were still on for the call. 5 minutes later she calls me (20 mins late at this point), to see if I'm still available for the prescreen and barely apologized for her tardiness. Reluctantly I agreed. I answered all of her questions and went through my background, asked her a few myself (about 15-20 min call in general). I didn't think anything of it until I received a rejection email...what a trash recruiter.

Interview
1 entrevista con RRHH, 2 con los jefes de Finanzas. Una de ellas fue en inglés totalmente. Siempre me trataron muy bien y me sentí muy cómoda. Te dicen la expectativa salarial en la primer entrevista para ver si estás alineado.
