I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Melbourne)
Interview
The entire process was comprehensive and intensive but was a great teaching experience. Firstly they gave me a 10min phone interview to ask about me and my motivations, then after that I was invited to a networking event with canapes and drinks and met with other grads competing for the roles. Here you need to show that you are an interesting person and you're outgoing but be calm! Don't overthink it, enjoy it and be personable. Then after that I was invited to the assessment centre which ran for 4 hours with 2 individual interviews (2 different people each time) and an individual behavioural task as well as a group one both running for 45mins+. This day is quite intense so you need to be prepared to get out of your comfort zone and use presentation skills as well as collaboration. Overall, it was a good process and though I was unfortunate to not make the cut the HR team was excellent in communication and they are great people. As for the interviews themselves, they were quite relaxed and were the simplest part of the entire process,

I applied online. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (London, England)
Interview
Conversational interview with a few straight forward, chatty questions. Nice interviewers. Asked about CV and general knowledge of the industry, and other similar topics. Two interviewers, and it took place online via teams call.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Singapore) in Mar 2022
Interview
First stage was a video interview with the HR. Self-introduction and scenario based questions. The HR staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Second stage was a case study/assessment centre. The panel of assessor did not seem very enthusiastic or professional about wanting to assess us. Even their feedbacks were not very logical and nitpicking small details.
The HR did tell us that they would get back to us within 3 weeks, but did not hear back from them at all after months. Very unprofessional.
