Chat with talent acquisition team, once a fit is ascertained, interview with hiring manager will be set up, and there may usually be 2-3 other interviews with other team members

Great experience. 2 behavioural interviews with consultants from the company. The process was not too long. More conversational and they were about 30 minutes each for both. I chose to do mine on different days. Got an offer a week later.
