I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jump Trading (London, England) in Jun 2020
Interview
1) Quick phone interview with easy question.
2) Codility test, 3 questions:
2.1) "change exactly one line to fix this code" - buggy question - had to do it in Python because you couldn't do it cleanly in C
2.2) write some code
2.3) document some code
No results were given, no feedback from Jump except for "it was enough"
3) 3x 1h interviews:
3.1) interview with a person who wasn't prepared for the interview, had no idea about nearly anything on my CV and the whole hour was about me explaining to him what's Kubernetes or Docker. Ending with "We're out of time, do you have any questions?"
3.2) An interview with two kind developers who would quiz me with brainteasers (?)
3.3) An interview with a developer who gave me a decent algorithmic task to implement. He was kind and the atmosphere was good.
4) "We will not proceed with the interview and we will not provide you with a feedback."
5) I received an e-mail from a third party to give Jump feedback about the interview process.

Question 1
Suppose two player, player A and player B have the infinite number of coins. Now they are sitting near a perfectly round table and going to play a game. The game is, in each turn, a player will put one coin anywhere on the table (not on the top of coin already placed on the table, but on the surface of the table). And the player who places the last coin on the table will win the game. Given player A will always move first suggest a strategy such that player A will always win, no matter how player B will play.
