You get in, they casually talk about themselves and the business then integrate the questions into the convo. Id say to offer a strong handshake or seem confident to leave a good first impression. There might be a tour of the place after the interview (not sure tho)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work at KFC? Why should we hire you among all other applicants? What makes you the right choice for KFC?
Group interview very easy lasted around 30 minutes, talk at least once and look happy. Mini assessment at the end of interview talking about how to prep chicken health safety stuff very easy.
Pretty seamless. I sat down with the manager, they asked for my availability (days and hours) and to fill out a questionnaire and I was hired. They didn't really look at my resume in person.
I applied online. I interviewed at KFC in May 2026
Interview
One interview with 2 people was asked basic questions like availability, past experience, etc. Asked about skills that would be useful in KFC. If in School they ask about when you will go back aswell. Overall Easy process.
