My interview was on zoom with 9 administrators. I was asked to deliver a sample lesson and then to receive feedback that I would discuss with the team. It was overwhelming to have so many people on the call. My questions towards the end of the call were dismissed and I was admonish for asking a questions regarding practices at the KIPP schools.
