KIPP Schools interview questions

The first interview was set on the HireVue Platform. You have two minutes to answer each question and it records your answer. My personality type does not do well in this type of setting and did not do well. And for a position that relies on interpersonal skills, I was surprised that this is the platform utilized. I reached out to my networks and was connected to someone who worked at the KIPP Foundation. I explained to the person my difficulties with the platform and the person sent my materials over to the hiring manager. Two weeks later, I was invited to interview with the hiring manager. A week after confirming a date and time for an interview, I received another email indicating I was sent an invitation by error. Instead of just interviewing me, they cancelled the interview. I think it was unprofessional of them to take this action especially during a time in which many people are emotionally and physically exhausted. It took me a 3 weeks to write this review and after talking to my friend about the experience, she encourage me to provide others with this insight.
