Interview was pretty standard, walked through resume, asked about strengths and weaknesses, why I applied for the role, etc. Involved a lot of conversation, the interviewer was mostly trying to assess cultural fit with the team.
Interview was more conversational, fit-check type of interview, no technical questions about accounting or auditing. Mostly me asking them questions about KPMG and their careers than any school or accounting related questions.
Two back to back interviews with a manager and a partner or managing director consisting of behavioral questions. Interviewed were both very kind and personable, and interview felt like a way to gauge company fit
The interview process was very easy and went smoothly. You get a traditional one hour time slot and interview with two different people, one working in audit and the other working in tax.
