Passing the interview and getting hired are no big deal, but the training program is a mess. They give you 3 different logins with 3 different passwords. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. The prep between training sessions takes forever, and don't be surprised if eventually they start telling you that you don't seem happy enough.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The audition was harder since it required prep; the interview itself was easy. Just a final check to make sure you seem like a normal person. If it goes well, you'll probably get an offer at the end of the interview. They might ask you about your grad school plans, but it's okay to say you might be moving at some point, as they don't mind moving people around.
Very lengthy process but not overly difficult. Included recording video answers to questions prompts. Passing that portion led to an interview with a general representative. Finally ended with an interview with actual manager.

Interview
After the online and teacher audition portions of the application process, I had my technical interview over Skype with a Kaplan instructor. The interview was a mixture of traditional interview questions with a GRE flavor ("Describe the process you've experienced when developing a skill and what mental hurdles you overcame", "Describe your GRE journey and what you did to prepare") and teaching practice questions to the instructor. The instructor was kind and friendly and gave me some really useful feedback. All in all, a positive interview experience.
