Interview
Took maybe a week to get back to from the first part. You are given problems to choose from, each of which have two parts. You then record yourself teaching the problem you chose, each part for 2 minutes, for a total of 4 minutes.
Second part: You sign up for an interview with a current SAT instructor, via Skype/etc. It was pretty relaxed for me, the guy I got was chill and easy to talk with.
Third part: You interview with the person who does the hiring. Again, the guy was very nice, polite. Mostly just asked about who I was, why I wanted to work at Kaplan.
I wasn't 'able to be offered a position,' but was recommended for tutoring instead. It's a rather lengthy process, unfortunately.
The interview was an online process, on the online platform you film yourself answering questions with thirty or so seconds of preparation time. There are a number of different questions of the standard kind, nothing too complicated or unfamiliar. Just be yourself and be passionate and confident!

Interview
I found the job posted on craigslist and applied. I was reached out to by a recruiter and submitted proof of my SAT scores and was invited to do an audition. This was online and took about an hour total including practice runs, prepping the questions, etc. I was then invited to schedule a Technical Interview with one of their current teachers. The interviewer spent time pretending to be a student and having me teach the problems to them that I was given to prep ahead of time. They also asked some general situation-based questions. From there I was invited to a hiring manager interview and offered the job. Everyone involved was very professional, friendly, and seemed to love the company a lot, which was a big reason I accepted the job.

Interview
Applied online. Then recorded a four-minute presentation of an example SAT problem. After passing that portion, set up a skype interview where I had to present two more SAT problems with the interviewer pretending to be a student. Then, he asked me a few typical interview questions. After passing that part, I had a second skype interview with the regional manager who asked some standard interview questions.
