Interview
Quick and not very hard, first an initial discussion with the recruitor, then a phone interview with the team manager, about my experience and what I've done at previous jobs. Second interview was technical, over Skype with the rest of the team. Questions relevant to the job I applied, nothing extremely complicated.

Interview
Recruiter informed that Kaplan was looking a candidate who were willing to learn and it wouldn't matter much if their knowledge isn't senior enough. It turns up that with 20 minutes of interview in my opinion you can't get much from the person you are interviewing? Normally is 1 hour?
They didn't give opportunity to make question nor showed me that "intention" to hire someone with "willigness" to learn over skills. They were looking for someone SENIOR however it has been fedback to me that they turned down someone SENIOR as well. So this companys seems a very confused one and don't know what they want. Please be HONEST and CLEAR of what you actually need and allow more time in a 1st INTERVIEW.
