Interview
Interviewers showed up 45 minutes late and proceeded to convince me why I wasnt a good fit for the position because I had owned my own business previously. Stated that the job was very boring and I probably wouldn't find it interesting. They assumed I wasn't coachable because again I owned my own business. Also they stated they didn't like that I had to commute from Boca temporarily even though I was very up front about this from the start of the process.

Question 1
Name a time where you had to turn a customer around that had a bad experience.
They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

Interview
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
