Quick Process, mostly giving information on the company and what they provide. Pricing and the success of the company. Very welcoming and friendly environment. They offer training every week in person or via zoom, very informative. The fees are the only thing that are intimidating as a first time agent.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
