Applied online and received an invitation for phone screen two days later. Did my phone screen on November 3rd and haven't heard anything back as I was told a week or so. Interview went well in my opinion, Great company and benefits as compared to the Industry. I've been in the Insurance industry about 6 years now and Kemper has a great reputation regarding work ethic. The phone screen was very brief and was just hypothetical questions. Hopefully, hear something soon and I recommend Kemper a to anyone as my friends and colleagues (whom all work there) give nothing but positive remarks.
