Kimley-Horn interview questions

Initial communication was at a college career fair. I had a preliminary interview with them the next day. The interview consisted of them asking the basic interview question and going over my resume. The interview was not terribly difficult, as long as you are prepared for the basic interview questions that you can find on the internet. Next, they flew me out for an in office interview. This was a little more intense with multiple interviews with 2 interviewers in each one. The interviewers consisted of the possible team members I would be working with. I assume the goal of this interview was to determine that I would fit in with their team and that I would be willing to work hard in the "Kimley-Horn environment". However, the interview was much of the same going over my resume, but more based with one interview on technical skills, leadership experiences, and project experience.

Kind of strange, they didn't seem interested in asking me questions, they were doing work during the interview, etc
