Kin Insurance interview questions

I was referred to KIN by my former IT manager at Clearcover. They reached out for the interview. The recruiter was pleasant for our first interview. She then scheduled a followup, and when she called, she appeared to be confused and hung up--to which I myself followed up with an email. The recruiter replied and I then scheduled an interview with two members of the IT team. They seemed impressed and happy to meet me, so much that I ended up getting a third interview with the hiring manager. To my knowledge, the interview went well. We were both engaged and knowledgeable, we were able to communicate and both appeared to be comfortable. I waited for one week and received nothing. I sent a followup email to my recruiter asking about any next steps or if there is any further information that I needed to provide; I received an automated Out of Office reply with a forwarding email of who I can assume is another recruiter. I forwarded and also personalized the email to them and about 3 hrs later I received an automated response from Greenhouse stating that they have moved on to another candidate. Communication is especially important when people’s livelihood is at stake. Kin knew that I was not the right fit for this role. It’s possible that the first recruiter knew. It’s more likely that my second interviewers felt I wasn’t a good fit. And I can’t help but think that my final interviewer didn’t like me for some reason—-even though they were all smiles and kind responses and impressed reactions throughout the entire, month long interview process. Why would it take a week to tell me? Why would I have to seek out this information? Why would you deliver it with an automated response? I’m going to remind everyone that looking for a job is a stressful process, especially after an unexpected RIF, so try to make it pleasant for those involved—-because if YOU have a job and you’re interviewing someone who NEEDS a job then you’re INSTANTLY in a better place. My last email remains unanswered by the recruiter or anyone else involved. The contents are as follows, "Thank you for your time during the interview process. Please forward my thanks to those who interviewed me. If there is any feedback that they can provide, that would be great." I do not expect a response from her or the people she represents.
