First a short phone call with a recruiter, followed by a 30 min phone call with a software manager. They then asked me to come onsite for a 1 hr coding test/review. After that, there was a coding challenge for building a full stack web application (they prefer you using Python and Django). If this goes well, there will be another onsite interview of 5-6 hrs.
I got rejected due to some imperfections in the coding challenge. According to the engineer who reviewed my code, I don't know how to handle errors and exceptions, even if I have try...except block in every piece of my code.
The recruiter gave me a short tour on my first onsite. It is obvious that their employees are predominantly white (read the posts on Benefits page). I am a person with color, and I suggest you avoiding this company if you are so as well.
