I had two interviews at the KnowBe4 office on two different days. I met several people over the course of those two days. The people were very professional and very personable as well. It was clear they are very well organized and would be a great team to work with. Additionally, they we very open and transparent and gladly answered all my questions in a straight forward manner.

It took about a month to have a final interview after the initial call with the recruiter. She was extremely friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. I was not contacted for two weeks and finally reached out to be told that the position wasn't hiring but that there was a different department hiring. The hiring manager was a little cold but seemed like a decent interview overall. I was told I would hear back with a decision within the week. I was Ghosted. Very disappointed and highly unprofessional. I was excited about the opportunity and invested a reasonable amount of time preparing.
