Far and away the most ridiculous onboarding experience of my life. Submitted my resume and cover letter, and was asked to complete a questionnaire, which of course included multiple questions that overlapped with my resume. Upon submitting questionnaire, was asked to do yet another, much longer questionnaire. Upon submitting my five-page-long response to the second questionnaire, I was then told I would need to take a 60-minute test, in addition to completing, yes, another questionnaire. Does an actual interview happen at some point? Even a phone screening? Who knows. This was for a job that pays $13 an hour, in 2022. They’ve basically tried to offload the entire resume-review and interview process off of themselves and onto the applicant. A company that considers it a waste of their time to have a conversation with you or even read your resume, but has no problem demanding hours of yours, should be a huge red flag to anyone applying.
