I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Rochester, MN) in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied online, was emailed from Kohl's to set up an interview. They had options to chose from. I checked in at the customer service desk and they told me to sit on the bench and wait for someone to get me. It was a one on one interview and was pretty easy going. Interview questions were basic and easy for me. I received an email less than 48 hours after my interview offering me the job

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Austin, TX)
Interview
I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

Can you name a time you had to show good teamwork?
scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Fort Smith, AR) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
