I applied online and about 2 weeks later got a email to set up an interview. The interview was set up a month in advance. When I got to the store I was interviewed by the hiring manager she made me feel really comfortable and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. She mostly asked me about my availability. After that I was interviewed by another manager who asked me some questions off a paper, even though they were fairly simple, I thought I bombed the questions but I still tried to be friendly and just make conversation. She left the room came back and told me I was hired and I would be getting an email to confirm the position in 24 hours. Everything is done online through email. Background check cleared in 1 week and the next week was orientation.

Question 1
When was a time you were recognized for your achievements?
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
The process was pretty average, it was just a little awkward trying to find someone to ask to know where I needed to go. Once I got in the back room i was asked pretty normal questions and nothing that was too hard to answer or too perosnal
