One on one interview about yourself and your work ethic. I was in high school at the time so the questions where about my school and grades. We also discussed my college plans. After the questioning I was given a oral drug test. After the drug test was cleared I was sent to training. I began working a week after training.

They are just making sure you can talk to people and find out when you would be able to work. If you have the interview, you can expect the job if you don't have a bad background.
